Learn more about the oratory and the cross __________________________________________ Bona's makes student feel "safe and at home" In a Buffalo News campus critique, Mary Best said she chose SBU for its journalism program, financial aid, and because she feels "safe and at home" on campus. __________________________________________ Veterans Memorial received new flagpole The College Democrats and College Republicans raised $3,400 for a new flagpole that was installed next to the Veterans Memorial at the Reilly Center. __________________________________________ __________________________________________ ATHLETICS Reilly Center Hall of Fame Suites Available for 2010-2011 The Hall of Fame Suites are available for rental for home men’s basketball games. For games in the 2010-11 season, the rental fee is $800 per game. This fee includes 20 tickets, a buffet one-half hour before tip-off through halftime, beverage service of beer, pop and water; and four VIP parking passes. Suite ticket holders have full access to the Hall of Fame Room as well as their suite starting one hour before the game’s tip-off. __________________________________________ Online auction! The Athletics Department has a new online auction on its www.GoBonnies.com website. The auction will be continously updated throughout the school year with Bonnies memorabilia, collectibles, game-worn jerseys, warm-ups and "experience" packages. The majority of the proceeds from each sale will benefit SBU's 240 student-athletes.
