George Mason University to join Atlantic 10
George Mason will be the third Virginia-based university in the Atlantic 10 come this July. The Fairfax, Va. school was unamimously voted in as the newest member by the conference's Council of Presidents.
The Atlantic 10 recently lost Xavier and Butler to the Big East.

Summertime means CAMP TIME at St. Bonaventure
Do you have a teen who’s a budding biologist, artist or astronaut? This summer, St. Bonaventure will host eight weeklong academic camps for students ages 13 to 16. Students will be able to meet new friends and explore their interests at the following camps: STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics); Arts; Mission to the Red Planet; German Culture, Language and Arts; Computer Animation and Narrative Writing; Community Leadership; Holistic Health; and Field Biology.

University to hold emergency chemical spill drill
On Saturday, April 6, the university will conduct an emergency preparedness drill in conjunction with local police and fire officials, hazmat teams and the local hospital. The "chemical spill" drill is scheduled to last three hours.
