2009 Gaudete Medal Awards

St. Bonaventure University celebrated 150 years as a premier Franciscan institution of higher education through a 15-month series of special events that began in March of 2008 and ended May 31, 2009.  The 150th Anniversary Gaudete Medal Awards Ceremony and Dinner was among the highlights of our 2009 anniversary calender.

The Gaudete is the highest honor given by St. Bonaventure University.  It was presented Friday, May 1, 2009, to Fr. Dan Riley, O.F.M., who exemplifies the same spirit of joy and service as expressed through the life and teachings of Sts. Francis and Clare of Assisi.  read more>>
