The 26,000-square-foot William E. & Ann L. Swan Business Center, being built at a strategic location between Reilly Center and Plassmann Hall, will ensure that St. Bonaventure remains a preeminent choice for students seeking a business education shaped by ethical standards.
The building will feature a financial services lab; a corporate boardroom; high-tech, state-of-the-art classrooms; breakaway areas and spaces for student-faculty collaboration and team-building; vibrant space for faculty research; and a commitment to sustainability.
This building will complete a truly unique academic quad and also complement one of the most traditional and contemplative areas on campus, our beloved Grotto.
