Registration for the fall and spring semesters is held near the midpoint of the previous semester. Course scheduling information is available on-line at my.sbu.edu. Click here for a list of registration dates.
Students must consult with their assigned adviser in order to ensure proper guidance in course selection. All students will register themselves using my.sbu.edu.
Failure to register will be interpreted as notification of intention to withdraw form the University at the end of the current term.
Before the registration process can be considered complete, students must satisfy all obligations with both the Business Office and the Financial Aid Office.
Students living off campus must report their local addresses to the registrar.
Credit load
The usual maximum credit load is 18 academic credit hours per semester. Honor students may take one additional course with their academic dean's permission. Students on probation may not take more than 15 hours per semester without special permission from their academic dean.
