Reminder to students who will study abroad during the Fall 2012 semester:  This is the link for students from New York State to register for an absentee ballot:   http://www.longdistancevoter.org/new_york 

Students should check state requirements to fulfill the pre-requisites needed to qualify to vote in the presidential election in November 2012.

St. Bonaventure University offers opportunities at more than 60 colleges and universities in more than 30 foreign countries, offering a variety of foreign language study and  a broad range of academic disciplines. 


Partnerships also include prestigious overseas universities where all instruction is offered in English.


Foreign language proficiency is not required for most study abroad options.  Most programs require little or no second language experience.

St. Bonaventure grants credit for its programs. The majority of students who study overseas graduate within four years.


Programs are modestly priced

Scholarships are available for many programs and there is a special funding based on merit or need.
