The St. Bonaventure University Disability Committee, a sub-committee of the Diversity Action Committee, is sponsoring a weeklong schedule of events in which stress management is addressed in several different formats.
The program is called SOAR — Stressed, Overwhelmed, Anxious, Relief — and has numerous activities that will be open to the campus community.
