LIBRARY SERVICES FOR ALUMNI

Alumni are welcome and encouraged to visit the library when in the area. Whenever you are on campus, you can access anything needed in the library, including the computer labs and online databases. Unfortunately, due to licensing restrictions, we are not able, at this time, to offer alumni off-campus access to any of our online databases. Alumni who live in the local area are welcome to apply for an alumni card to borrow from the library's collections.

If you need assistance locating comparable resources where you currently live, please let us know. We would be glad to offer some suggestions. Many universities offer guest access to local residents, and many larger public libraries and state libraries offer database access to residents. If you live or work in New York State, you can apply for a library card from the New York Public Library, which will also allow you to access numerous online databases. New York State residents can also use the New York Online Virtual Electronic Library; access to these resources is authenticated through your computer's location--if you are in New York State, you can use the resources without any passwords.
