The Office of Marketing and Communications is located on the second floor of Francis Hall on the East End of campus. During the academic year, our office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Summer hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Student Records and Financial Services, a new one-stop service center for students, is open for business.
In an effort to make financial and academic services more convenient for students, the offices of the Registrar, Records, Financial Aid and Students Accounts/Cashier are now located in the same space — the first floor of Hopkins Hall.
The Registrar and Records offices officially closed in Doyle Hall at 5 p.m. Thursday and reopened in Hopkins Hall at 8:30 a.m. Friday.

Construction crews and staff members from Facilities and Information Technology completed their work this week on the newly remodeled space (formerly the Business Office) to allow employees to move in. Most office members will be located in the refurbished space, located at the southern end of Hopkins.
George Swindoll and Susan Martin from the Registrar’s Office, and Michelle Schram and Richelle Dalaba from Financial Aid will have offices in the wing leading to the remodeled space.
The Business Office is now located in the former Financial Aid suite on the first floor of Hopkins. Accounts Payable and Purchasing are located in the basement of Hopkins.
Ann Kightlinger, director of Student Accounting Services and chair of the committee that oversaw the office consolidation, said a grand opening will be held later this month once all the furniture arrives and artwork has been hung.
