Attending St. Bonaventure is a decision you can afford to make
Our goal at SBU is to make our unique,
Franciscan-style of education available to everyone. Through academic
scholarships, grants, work/study jobs, and need-based aid, the
average freshman receives more than $23,000 in their financial aid package. Selecting the right school is important for your future. Cost may be a factor, but over a lifetime, the benefits of a quality college education will make it worthwhile.

Yellow Ribbon program fills tuition gap of Post-9/11 GI Bill
S t. Bonaventure is a Yellow Ribbon
school, helping post-9/11 veterans, or their children, attend SBU
tuition free through the GI Education Enhancement Programs.
The VA program is designed to help
students pay for education programs not covered by the Post-9/11 GI Bill
tuition benefit. Under the program, the difference between the GI
Bill tuition benefit and the tuition cost at a private university is
split between the college and the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Veterans can transfer benefits to their children.
