           Catherine Aranyosi 

    Fort Mill, SC    Scrum Half 5'1" Seventh-semester senior early childhood/special/ elementary education major, English minor. She has started each match she's ever played and scores 6 tries/season on average. She was a part of the 2011 States/Nationals team. She is captain of the women's club volleyball team and she also loves teacup pigs.

        Jennie Ashton 

     Austin, TX         8 man 6'2" Graduate student/MBA, first-semester player, scored once in her first match but broke her nose. She previously played for SBU women's basketball team for 4 years.

    Buffalo, NY      Scrum Half 5'3" Second-semester sophomore sports studies major. She has started one match and is a lover of black squirrels.

           Laura Calmia 

    Webster, NY           Prop 5'7" Fourth-semester junior education major, scored once in regular season and has started in each match she's played. She was a member of the 2011 State Championship/ Nationals team. Her sister and brother used to play rugby and got her interested.

   Rochester, NY        8 man  5'7" Third-semesester, sophomore history major, JMC minor. She has scored 3 times in her career and was a member of the 2011 State Championship/Nationals team.

         Kayla Cronin 

    Corning, NY    Outside Center 4'10" Fourth-semester junior business management major/sports management minor, scored 15 trys in 10 matches in 2011, has started each match this fall, and was a member of the 2011 State Championship/ Nationals team. Her parents, Jackie and Scott Cronin, have yet to miss a game. She is a peer mentor, involved in Team Bonas, CAB and is an intern at the SBU ticket office.

         Carly Doyle 

 Orchard Park, NY      Second Row 5'5" First-semester freshman international studies major. She previously played for Orchard Park Rugby Club in high school. This is her fourth year playing rugby. She has started seven matches this year.

           Nichole Dylag 

     Attica, NY   Weakside/winger 5'5" Seventh-semester senior education major, serves as president of the team. She has started in 15 matches and has scored 5 times in her career. In 2011, she suffered a season ending injury, breaking her collar bone while scoring a try. She was a member of the 2011 State Championship/ Nationals team. She says she has loved every moment of rugby and has gained life-long friends.

      Elena Gonzalez 

 Albertson, NY  Tight-head prop 5'7" Sixth-semester childhood studies major, marketing minor. She has scored once in season, has started each match since Fall '10 and was a member of the 2011 State Championship/ Nationals team. Her family is a major supporter of SBUWRFC and has attended every home and away game (minus one) since the 2011 season.

      York, PA     Flank/Lock 5'9" Second-semester sophomore international studies major (Arabic & Middle Eastern Studies), started 3 matches. Her family has a tradition of swimming in college but she decided to be different and joined rugby and ROTC.

   Bradford, PA     Inside Center 5'5" Sixth-semester senior psychology major, She has started 18 matches in her career. She was also a member of the 2011 State Championship/Nationals team.

    Seaford, NY         Flank 5'1" Second-semester journalism/mass communication major, sports marketing minor, has started in one match this year. She is an RA in Deveroux Hall and works on the SBU-TV Sports truck. She has 5 brothers and 1 sister.

     Depew, NY           Prop 6'1" Second-semester player. Secretary for SBU pep band, active member in jazz and concert band. She is 1 of 5 siblings and has a slight obsession with Abraham Lincoln.

     Jessica Misiaszek    

   Syracuse, NY    Lock/Kicker 5'7" Seventh-semester IMC graduate student, undergrad journalism/mass communication major, marketing minor. She serves as co-captain, has started each match she's played and has scored 12 times in her career. She was a member of the 2011 State Championship/ Nationals team. She has named her hair "Sasha" because it is out of control.

 Ballston Spa, NY         Winger 5'3" Third-semester sophomore art history major, was a member of the 2011 State Championship/National team.

    Henniker, NH   Fly-Half, Winger 5'8" First-semester freshman international studies major. She has never played rugby before she joined SBU before but was previously captain of her soccer and softball teams for two years in high school.

  Ransomville, NY        Fly-Half 5'5" Seventh-semester senior journalism/mass communication major, English minor. She has scored 5 times in her career. She has played in and started every scheduled regular-season match and was a member of the 2011 State Championship/ Nationals team. She is an active member in music ministries, choir and  SBU-TV. She has a twin sister.

 Cameron, NY           Prop/Flank 5'7" Second-semester sophomore history major. She is also on a high school/community Quidditch team based in Allegany, NY.

        Kelly Sperrazzo 

 East Amherst, NY   Flank, winger 5'6" Sixth-semester, senior accounting major, scored 4 times in regular season play, has started 22 matches and was a member of the 2011 State Championship/ Nationals team. She is a leader in SIFE and a member in VITA. She also loves pugs.

 Camillus, NY      Full-back 5'7" Sixth-semester senior psychology major. She sereves as co-capatin of the team, has scored 8 times in her career and was a member of the 2011 State Champion/ Nationals team. She is an active member of BonaResponds and spent the summer of 2012 living in Miami working with children with behavior issues.

 Honesdale, PA          Winger 5'7" Second-semester junior JMC major. She is looking forward to becoming a more experienced player and getting more playing time on the field.

 Randolph, NY         Hooker 5'3" Fourth-semester senior psychology major. Though she has torn ligaments in her hand, she has started each match she's played in and was a member of the 2011 State Championship/ Nationals team. She shows horses at a national level.

        Kate Wissman        

     Gary, NY    8 man/Flanker 5'7" Fifth-semester senior education major. She has scored 9 times in regular season, and has started all but 5 matches in her career. She's suffered two major concussions and a broken hand. She was also a member of the 2011 State Championship/ Nationals team.
