The 2009 Exposition spanned Wednesday, April 29 to Friday, May 1 and featured a record 48 participants and 30 projects. The projects included an analysis of welfare policy, research on sea urchins, and photographic interpretations of poems and songs. Visitors to the reception included Dean of Arts & Sciences Steve

The 2009 Student Research & Creative Endeavors Exposition

 

Participants, Projects, and Mentors

To participate in the Student Research & Creative Endeavors Exposition, a student or group of students must be invited by a faculty member in the Arts & Sciences who considers their work “substantial” and “meritorious.” All projects were completed between the summer of 2008 and the spring of 2009. Visual and Performing Arts 

The following projects were mentored by Dr. David Dubreuil. The posters by Dr. Dubreuil’s students are samples of the projects they created for Clare 109, in which they used photography to visually interpret a well-known poem or song.
