The 20-credit minor in criminology is designed for students who are considering possible careers in the diverse area of administrative justice. The program introduces students to the different dimensions and explanations of crime and deliquency, providing analysis of social and governmental processes in the formulation of the criminal law of the United States.

To declare a minor, a special form must be filled out and filed with the Records Office by the end of the student's junior year. The appropriate form is available from the student's advisor or from the Office of the Registrar.
