Is currently in Bagram Afghanistan in support of the War on Terrorism. Graduated from St. Bonaventure in 2002.

After graduating from St. Bonaventure in 1996 with a reserve commission, Mike Swift served as a Captain in Afghanistan in 2004 with Operation Enduring Freedom V with the 10th Mountain Division and then the 25th Infantry Division. During his deployment, CPT Swift served as an MP in charge of Detainee Operations at Bagram Airbase.
