ST. BONAVENTURE UNIVERISTY SURPASSES KRESGE CHALLENGE GOAL
St. Bonaventure University’s Anniversary Campaign has a goal of $90 million, and part of this goal is one of the largest “bricks and mortar” projects that the University has undertaken — the building of the William F. Walsh 
Science Center and renovation of DeLaRoche Hall.
The total project cost is $14,614,000, which will enhance our science facilities as well as create an academic hub on campus.
The Kresge Foundation will allocate $850,000 to this project as a result of SBU's meeting of its recent "all or nothing" challenge. This challenge stipulated that to receive the money, SBU had to raise $2.66 million in private funds by Oct. 1, 2007. SBU has not only met this challenge four months ahead of schedule, it has surpassed it by nearly $500,000.
