The 2009 Exposition spanned Wednesday, April 29 to Friday, May 1 and featured a record 48 participants and 30 projects. The projects included an analysis of welfare policy, research on sea urchins, and photographic interpretations of poems and songs. Visitors to the reception included Dean of Arts & Sciences Steve Stahl; Vice President and Provost Mike Fischer; and University President Sr. Margaret Carney, O.S.F., S.T.D.

To participate in the Student Research & Creative Endeavors Exposition, a student or group of students must be invited by a faculty member in the Arts & Sciences who considers their work “substantial” and “meritorious.” All projects were completed between the summer of 2008 and the spring of 2009.
