Lt. Col. Michael Bianchi serves as the Chief of Staff for the U.S. Army recruiting battalion, consisting of 220 military and civilian personnel in 38 recruiting stations, and covering more than 34,000 square miles in New York state.
He holds an MBA from Webster University and a bachelor’s degree in international trade from Southern Illinois University. He attended the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College and is a Blackhawk helicopter pilot.
He served as a trainer adviser to the Afghan National Army and is an assistant professor of military science at Syracuse University. He brings his knowledge and skill to our Global Leadership and Leading Change courses.
He was formerly a professor of military science at St. Bonaventure.
