The Department of Chemistry will host chemistry alumnus and master vinter Randy Agness, ’84, to discuss the science behind the production of wine.
The program, “The Chemistry of Wine,” will be held from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 29, in Dresser Auditorium of the John J. Murphy Professional Building. Agness is a partner and winemaker at Agness Wine Cellars in the Finger Lakes.
The program is free and open to the public.
