A two-course sequence focused on the basic instruction of movement activities. Activities may include archery, badminton, cross-country skiing, cycling, golf, inline skating, orienteering, Tai Chi, tennis, weight training or yoga. This course may require weekend meeting times. In some instances, students will be responsible for providing their own equipment. Some lessons may require students to organize personal transportation and to from off-campus instructional venues (e.g. local driving range, state park, etc.). Additional fees for equipment rental or admissions may be required of students.
