Brand Management and the Student Networking Card

Who Should Attend:

Pre-Interns, Interns, Job Seekers, Professional School Applicants, Student Researchers/Scientists, Student Conference Participants, Graduate School Applicants, Athletes, Writers, Actors, Artists, Independent Scholars; essentially, all students should attend!

Workshop topics include:

  • Crafting Your Brand
  • Purpose of the Networking Card
  • What to include
  • Quality/Relevance
  • Creativity
  • Card Exchange Etiquette

Workshop participants will then be eligible for drop-in appointments at the CPRC to craft their own unique networking card and have them printed…on us!

Pre-registration required!

You must pre-register in order to attend one of these Brand Management workshops.  Email career@sbu.edu to RSVP for a workshop.  Include your name, class year, major and indicate which session you will be attending.


The BrandU Series is designed provide current and engaging workshops to SBU students that will facilitate understanding and development of appropriate personal branding across various platforms including: in person, online, written communication – resume, cover letter, etc. social media – LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc. and more! Be on the lookout for the most current topic offered each semester.
