PHIL 344. Philosophy of Aging

Description:

This course teaches students to identify and analyze the fundamental concepts used by people in thinking about aging — concepts such a health, disease, autonomy and dependence, dignity, wisdom, natural and artificial, well-being and meaning — and to critically assess the normative roles of, and presuppositions underlying, such concepts.
