HEOA Compliance
The reauthorization in August 2008 of the Higher Education Act requires colleges and universities to make information available to prospective students including the cost of college attendance, accreditation status, graduation and retention information, safety and security reports as well as institutional policies and procedures that focus on student enrollment. Below please find links to those reports or data that are provided to comply with the Higher Education Reauthorization Act.

Accreditations
- St. Bonaventure University is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, which holds its member institutions to rigorous and comprehensive standards. Textbooks
- A link to the University bookstore will be available from the online registration system for the upcoming registration period.
Athletic Program Participation Rates
- Under the EADA, institutions must, by October 15, make available a report on athletic program participation rates and financial support data to enrolled students, prospective students, and the public. Go to EADA site.
Campus Crime and Fire Reporting
The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act) is a federal law requiring colleges and universities participating in federal financial aid programs to maintain and disclose campus crime statistics and security information within the university’s Clery reportable geography.
The Office of Campus Safety and Security prepares an annual Security and Fire Safety Report to comply with the Clery Act, which is published every year by Oct. 1 and contains three years’ worth of reportable crime statistics.
The latest report is available from the Office of Safety & Security webpage. (See "Crime & Fire Statistics/The Clery Act.") Copies of this report may also be obtained at the Safety and Security office in Robinson Hall or by calling the office at (716) 375-2525.
