The Office of Marketing and Communications is located on the second floor of Francis Hall on the East End of campus. During the academic year, our office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Summer hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Induction ceremonies for two business honor societies at St. Bonaventure University were held May 2 at the University Club.
Dr. Matrecia James, dean of the School of Business, gave the welcome, with remarks given by Fr. David Couturier, dean of the School of Franciscan Studies.
Beta Gamma Sigma is a national honor society for business and management programs accredited by AACSB. Election to a lifetime membership in Beta Gamma Sigma is the highest honor a business student can receive in either an undergraduate or master’s program.
The inductees were presented by Dr. Paul Barretta, adviser and professor of marketing.
The graduate student inductees into Beta Gamma Sigma for 2017 are: Lucas DeBoer of Fort Plain, Stephanie Dolliver of Rush, Stephanie Foster of Allegany, Jordan Garrow of Irving, Cristin Kozlowski of Lockport, Paul Lavelle of Johnson City, Ryan Lee of Little Ferry, N.J., Jamie Lippert of Allegany, Benjamin Marcus of West Springfield, Mass., Kaitlin McCann of Bradford, Pa., Heather McDivitt of Olean and Corey McNierney of Hamburg.
The undergraduate inductees into Beta Gamma Sigma for 2017 are: Sydney Cassagnol of Denver, Colo., Colleen Corey of Mendon, Matthew Eastman of Endwell, Delainie Fitzgibbons of Lake View, Yvonne Gehrmann of Fairport, Max Iovoli of Mendon, Adam Loughry of Avon, Ryan O’Connor of Rochester, Evan Sommer of Pittsburgh, Pa., and Kristine Wallace of Canandaigua.
Alpha Mu Alpha is the national marketing honor society recognizing and rewarding scholastic achievement of outstanding marketing students across the country. The inductees were presented by Dr. Nguyen Pham, professor and faculty adviser.
Inductees into Alpha Mu Alpha for 2017 are: Jacqueline Clark of Hornell, Max Iovoli of Mendon, Scarlet Jaworski of Jamesville, and LaurieAnne Wickens of Bremen, Ind.
