The Office of Marketing and Communications is located on the second floor of Francis Hall on the East End of campus. During the academic year, our office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Summer hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
St. Bonaventure University has added three new faces to its Office of Technology Services, including one new part-time position to enhance online studies.
Denise Kirschner takes over as Enterprise & Web Services manager. She was most recently employed as manager of Administrative Services and Support at Alfred University.
In addition to her leadership role, Kirschner is responsible for the design, implementation, security, and operations of all aspects of the University’s enterprise and web systems. Denise previously worked at St. Bonaventure as director of Development Information Services from 1994-2000.
Daniel Russo takes over as Network Services manager. He was most recently employed in Coudersport as an IP Technician III with Level 3 Communications.
In addition to his leadership role, Russo is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the University’s communications networks and servers.
Carol Strauch is the University’s first Online Student Success coach. She was most recently employed as an international student adviser at Camden County College in New Jersey.
Strauch is responsible for supporting the success of all online students in all of the University’s growing online academic programs.
