Established in 2002, the Lucy E. Gilligan Fund was created to help regional school districts bring their elementary, middle, and high school students to exhibitions, performances, and other programs at The Regina A. Quick Center for the Arts to ensure that young people can take advantage of our varied resources.
Since then, organizations such as CUTCO, Five Star Bank, The Ink Well and private donors continue to help bring many schoolchildren to the Quick Center each year.
The application process is straightforward. Interested schools need to submit two things:
- A completed bus grant application form.
- A quote from the transportation company used by the school district stating the cost of busing students from the district to the Quick Center.
