- Aesthetic facelifts were undertaken at Butler and De La Roche halls,
as well as to residence spaces in Francis, Devereux and Doyle halls.

- New walkways were built, old ones repaired, and lighting
was installed to make travel around campus easier and more pleasing to
the eye.

- New trees and shrubs were planted to accent new buildings and walkways.

- The old wood and masonry signs at the Francis Road entrance to
campus were replaced by a new wall with a sign similar to the Tower Road
entry walls and signs.

- Landscape and brickwork was undertaken in the courtyard area on the
backside of Devereux Hall, and a room was built to hold a trash Dumpster
that previously sat outside.

- The men's basketball locker room and team room at the Reilly Center were renovated.

- Renovations were made to the Admissions area in Hopkins Hall.

- A new entryway and airlock was built just off the common lobby area
shared by Hickey Dining Hall and Cafe La Verna, and the building, which
also houses the Rathskeller, was named the Magnano Centre. The entryway
was part of a gift of more than $2 million to the university's
Anniversary Campaign by Olean philanthropists Louis and Patricia
Magnano.
