At Bona's everyone accepts you no matter what, so you can’t help but try your best.
The "family" here is amazing.
I came to St. Bonaventure because of the friendly atmosphere, the small classes, the business department, and the cold weather.
There's always so much to do, that I can't be bored or sit around and say "there is nothing to do." My advice to anyone coming to Bona's is no matter what your major might be, get out and get involved in clubs and intramurals so you can meet as many people as you can.
The professors here all try to relate class to real-life events. They give you real-world scenarios when it comes to business applications so that you can see how it could eventually impact your life.
I interned at an accounting firm in eastern Tennessee last summer, and the things I learned in my introductory accounting classes were put to use within the first day. This internship gave me the insight that accounting is what I want to do with the rest of my life and has given me the motivation to finish out my degree.
